Negatives: The smell in the room

Negatives: I did not like all of the drama it took with checking in as I knew it would be and explained to this company on several conversations before arriving. I was told by the hotel group sales office that someone would contact me three times I called to speak to them no one ever returned my call. Given wrong information by the hotel about handicap access and the bathroom made it almost impossible for handicapped guests to shower efficiently. Was told there was a grab-and-go breakfast staff was constantly reluctant to put out more food not just for us but for other guests who kept coming down. Also told that all the rooms had kitchenettes that will fully equipped. This was a lie. The room is bare if you want all the things for the kitchenette you have to request them and then you have to go down to the front desk to pick them up they didn't even offer to bring them to the room so I have to carry all of this stuff back to my room. Every time you ask the staff a question or for help they never seemed cheerful or that they actually wanted to help you. They acted like they were doing me a personal favor to do their job. Hotels are always supposed to be about hospitality which this place was lacking. They seem to have a fear of people that stay here are stealing things. They need to find another way of dealing with it. It was a very uncomfortable feeling knowing that things were not put out or left in my room because they assume that all guests are going to steal. The very small grab and go breakfast when we arrived had four muffins only a couple of bags of boiled eggs for cereal bars and one tangerine. Very few coffee cups and one of the coffee dispensers seemed to be out of coffee right after we got two cups out of it. Definitely my last time booking with your agency because you didn't follow any of the things that I did or selected in my reservation.

Negatives: The cleanliness was disgusting. Vomit on the toilet, on the wall...Blood on the floor, rice on the wall, paper on bed and night table. The table was not clean, like miroir and faucet...

Negatives: Dogs barking all morning. Woke me and my kids up. I also saw multiple people get turned away because the hotel was over booked and they wouldn’t or couldn’t honor the persons booking even though they already paid.

Negatives: Advertises "breakfast included," but it's really a continental breakfast selection to "take to go" (breakfast area had only a few seats to sit down and eat). Two staff members were abrupt. Room needs another waste basket & supply more and larger cups!
