Good location, not too far from downtown Charleston.

Checked in on a Friday and stayed 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. We had to call and ask for clean towels each day. Our garbage along with others in the hotel was set outside the room to be emptied. Heard a dog bark when we walked down the hall.

Good location. Hotel suited needed more furniture - or at least a chair along with the sleeper sofa. The kitchenette was clean but only one fork.

Good proximity to Magnolia Gardens and Middleton Place. Clean room and good complimentary breakfast. Helpful staff.
Negatives:
Original room had carpet cleaned and carpet still wet. Was promptly moved to another equivalent room. Desk said that the room should have not been available. That said, it is good that they regularly clean carpets.
