Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

I liked that I was able to cancel my stay the same day. The front desk person was cordial and tried to accommodate me.
Negatives:
First room smelled like weed and was dirty with a leaky kitchenette sink and outdated. Went to front desk and received a second room, entered room to find a stained mattress and a room that was not ready. The third room had a musky smell and just like the first was outdated with no towels and barren of any soap, shampoo, etc.

Positives:
It had a roof, heat, water. Clean fridge we did not use. Had nice new floors.TV worked.
Negatives:
It smelled, I think cause of pee on wall. It was not clean, floor sticky. I had a cold shower with no bath towel, used hand towel. The floor was a nice easy clean, but nobody cleaned it. Holes in walls and floors. Messy small kitchen. No breakfast.

I didnt like the multitude of guys wondering around. A few approached me while i was doing laundry. Very uncomfortable experience. Obviously we use the facility at our own leisure but maybe security just in case for the women.
