The customer service was absolutely amazing.
Negatives:
The first room was dirty and they moved us to another room but the neighbors were being entirely too loud so I checked out early. I would love to try it out again because the staff was awesome

i couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water. I ran the shower water for at least 5 min while i brushed my teeth and just stood waiting but it was ice cold. The sink water got hot fast though. The fridge made ticking sound
