Staff, room, price. I paid $1,000 for two nights and was the worst customer service.
Room was hot, HVAC barely worked. Room service nor guest services would answer phone. Called front desk and lady said all I can do is transfer you back.
Breakfast staff was rude, and laughed at me and my daughter for being 15 minutes early for dining room opening.

Front desk was excellent. Booking.com messed did not update our reservation correctly so the hotel didn’t know we were coming a day early. The hotel accommodated my family of 7 great. I will book directly with the hotel next time.

Breakfast could have been better. Shortage of bread, cutlery on first day. Better on subsequent days. Rooms not serviced until later in the day. (after 4pm). Receptioninst on arrival was very abrupt. Other staff much more pleasant. Signposting from car park to reception could be better.
