Location was convenient to downtown. Breakfast was decent. Different hot meals every morning. Plenty of coffee and fruit.

The elevator was noisy and my room was right next tom it making it difficult to sleep. outside grounds could use some maintenance and clean up. I checked out on Sunday and my credit card still shows the incidental charge as pending.

The staff was lovely and there was always complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby.

Room 1: musty smell, moved due to roach in shower Room 2: ladybugs (@ least not roaches!), moved because of gas leak on 5th floor Room 3: fine, but less clean than the other rooms Staff was absolutely lovely though!
