The roost (restaurant )attached to the hotel has the worst front desk check in person. On Sunday the male was so rude we left.

The check-in clerk wasn't very helpful, arguing with me that my booking was only for one room. This took 30 minutes to sort out, losing my place in line twice. I was shocked to find the room was uncarpeted especially in a hotel of this calibre. It took almost 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower. Doubt I'll stay at this hotel next year during the annual event in Greenville that I attend.
