Positives:
It?s very hard to just pick one thing I liked about this hotel. I loved everything about it.
Negatives:
The fact that breakfast was the same everyday, but other than that I liked it.
Positives:
Staff was accommodating to me as I had to get an early check in. I had called several days before saying that I needed an early check in. Housekeeping cleaned a room. I put my stuff in the room and left. I was on a tight schedule. The staff helpful.
Negatives:
I brought my cat and I had checked in on Thursday and then left and then on Thursday and Friday and I came in Friday. My room wasn?t clean so I called the front desk and they sent a lady to clean it. I had my cat loose in the room.

The room was nice and clean.
Negatives:
The pool water wasn’t clear and had lots of stuff floating around in it. It didn’t smell very clean. The breakfast was okay but compared to other holiday inns it was okay but I wasn’t impressed. Eggs, pancakes, and cereal was about all they had at 8:30 am

Rooms were exceptionally clean, staff was very friendly and it was in a great area to travel to many places.

All the staff was helpful and friendly except one. I liked the indoor pool for my kids.

I didn't like that there was no hot tub. I expected with a pool there would be a hot tub.

When I initially called the hotel and asked what there shuttle hours were, I wasn't told they would Uber us for free if it's after shuttle hours. Since both our departure and arrival were after shuttle hours, I almost passed up this great hotel.
