The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, food was good, nice gift shop, lots of comfortable seating areas both inside and out.

I have to really think about something I didn't like because out stay was great, but if I have to choose something it would be that the bikes were rented at the property were not maintained well.

Liked the shuttle service but front lobby staff neglected to mention we should tell them we wanted to use shuttle. I asked several times about the shuttle regarding times and locations but they never said we should let them know we wanted to use it.

I understand small dogs, but these were not small dogs was told that guess can have pets but only small dogs in the area of the lobby and their room not at the pool or restaurants, but the dogs were by the pool

The staff could have been more accommodating to us. Some people were treated better than us, and I believe that had to do what we looked like. We were not treated the same as others. The food was very bland, and did not taste good, for the most part. I would just expect a lot more for the type of resort and money spent on this stay.
