The only area of constructive criticism would be that Kate who works the breakfast room clean up for 5 days a week is extremely annoying and loud. She is abrasive and in your face all the time. It’s almost like she thinks it’s her “showtime”. She also wants to remove your plates and cups before you are even finished. People want to eat breakfast in peace. She is a bad reflection on the hotel and if I were in management, I would look to replace her with someone else. I didn’t reflect this in the rating given as I am sure she will be replaced soon.

For some reason, my GPS would not accept the hotel address. Talking to some hotel staff, they also verified that there is a problem with GPSs ability to locate the hotel address.
