Negatives: The overall location was not pleasant. The parking was not ideal as you had to park across the busy road. They only took a cash room deposit, which was not advertised prior to booking, and their ATM was 6 it was a walk to find another ATM. The phones in the rooms did not work. The carpet was so dirty that if yoy walked barefooted, your feet would be stained black within minutes. Check-in wasn't until 4 p.m., which was already on the late end, but all the rooms still weren't clean and ready to go when we arrived at 5 pm. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay near the beach, this is for you. If you like feeling clean, comfortable and safe then I would steer clear of this facility.

Negatives: The hotel is very old. It needs to be condemned or remodeled. Plus you, you were surprised with a cash security deposit that was not listed on your website as a condition of renting a hotel room there.

Negatives: The place has roaches,you can also tell that the roaches arent new and have been there a long time with all the roach droppings in the cabinet door hinges, when I brought it to the attendants attention at checkout she could careless,the pool and Jacuzzi are both over powered with chlorine,out of a 4 day stay they only brought me 2 towels for the family suite,staff are rude and careless,bugs everywhere of every kind, the room was dirty and lacked good cleaning,floors felt tacky and after taking my shoes off my feet were black from filth,the rooms need repair desperately,roaches in the eating area,crawling in & on the refrigerator,table and microwave.they also have a full sized coffee pot in the room which is nice if you didn't open the top to find a family of roaches living there. They allow pets and people have the dogs in the balcony which bark all night long,quiet hours are from 11pm-6am and people partied and yelled all night long. Also they require a $100 cash deposit. When you leave they send for a "security" check of your room so you can get your money back. Also I would recommend bringing your own linens,sheets and towels because the one they provided wasn't very clean. If you can't afford much and don't mind taking roaches back home with you then this is the place for you.

Negatives: Cockroaches, Carpet was matted from not being maintained (pet friendly room), bathroom floor looked like someone had locked their dog in there and allowed him to use the bathroom in there for hours on end because the fake wood floor was all bubbled up and the room smelled like years worth of built up urine. The shower drain was clogged and most of the lighting in the room did not work.

Negatives: I have been going to this hotel since '11. The past 2 years this hotel has went down hill.
