Negatives: The property was booked because it said it had a pool and jacuzzi. When asked the front desk about it. They said that was not offered on their website anymore and that the third party (booking.com) needs to update their information. Little to say I was disappointed and the pool that was indoors was freezing! Also the bathroom wall was falling off and the ceiling had mold spots and leak stains on them.

Negatives: Coffee machine was Not working, room was cleaned all our stay. No baseboards , bathtub old. We had cheer competition and had to be early , lady in the front refused to sell me bowl of cereal because it was before 7 am breakfast. Wich cereal was on the table already, but i could not get it for my daughter because was not 7 am yet.

Positives: The front desk staff person was super sweet. We arrived late and she opened the hot tub later for us so we could use it- its too bad it was too dirty and nasty to enjoy after being in the car for 8 hours. I booked this location specifically for the hot tub to relive achy muscles. I was disgusted by it. I expected so much better for a Hilton. But at least the staff was nice.
Negatives: The facility was extremely dirty and even though renovations were taking place, which is understandable, things like trash all over the floors and dirty nasty pool and hot tub- is not acceptable for this price point. I was very dissatisfied paying this much per night and getting what felt like a 1-2 star motel experience. I have plenty of pictures to share of how nasty it was. Things (I suspect hair and skin cells) were floating all in the hot tub that made it basically un-usable. Not to mention the peeling and chipping paint along the coping and the brown discoloration of the plaster. It was terrible. On top of that trash on the floors in the hallways, cracking and peeling paint on the walls and ceilings, dirty and moldy mildew-covered bathrooms. There was hair in my shower. I was appalled!!! Then to add insult to injury the wifi was an extra charge and the breakfast was an extra charge. I could have stayed at a lower rated hotel with free wifi and breakfast and had a much much better experience. I will never stay at a Hilton again after this!

Positives: The staff are incredible. Every member of staff I interacted with was warm, kind and friendly. It felt like hospitality rather than someone doing a job. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great and hassle free. They even took me to the train station after I checked out. The breakfast was better than I expected it to be (bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries, grits, toast, bagels, pastries etc.) The bed was comfy and the TV was big. The room in general felt recently updated, just the bathroom that could use some updating, but everything was clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Negatives: The bathroom was fine, but a little tired. However, there are renovations underway, so maybe the bathrooms will be updated as part of that. It was clean and functional, just a little tired. The rest of the room was fine.
