There was a guest a door or two down from us who purposely allowed the door of his room to slam shut several times beginning at 2am and continued after 3am. I called the front desk to ask if they would say something to the jerk. I had to restrain my husband from confronting him. We were traveling due to a sad family emergency and had gone several days without much sleep. The front desk could see down the short hall from where our room was. I asked if this was someone who was just checking in and she said no they checked in the day before. The door slamming didn’t stop after I reported it twice but I assumed the young lady didn’t feel comfortable approaching the person on her own, which I understand. I’m sure he disrupted several guests, all women in that hall who were probably afraid to say anything. Aside from the inconsiderate door slammer which wasn’t the hotels fault, everything was excellent.

Location was great. Did not expect to have so many restaurants and shops at proximity. The room was spacious and clean.
Negatives:
The hot breakfast buffet was a bit cold. Beeing on the second floor we could hear people walking on the floor above us.
