The towel hanger in the bathroom was loosely falling off, one of the bed mattresses had stains on the sheets and mattress. It was obvious that the previous sheets had not been changed because there was hair left on it. One last thing, there was an issue with the shower temperature not maintaining hot. Throughout the shower it would go from hot water to cold. Leaving me to have the nob turned all the way to Hot. But even that barely worked.

The room was comfortable when I entered the room. They already had the AC on. Nice view from the room

Our room key only worked half the time. We kept having to go down and get it reset.
Room was a little smaller than what we were thinking but still suit our needs.

This was the second stay for us at this property. The first time was great, the second time was absolutely terrible. We will never stay again.
Negatives:
The room was absolutely filthy. Couldn’t help but notice the boogers smeared all over the wall. The shower wasn’t cleaned as there was leftover soap scum left all over the place. After jumping in our dirty shower, we noticed just how close the staff paid attention to detail as they left us with 2 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Then to add a cherry on top, after getting out of the shower feeling about as dirty as the entire room was, I noticed something crawling on the bathroom floor… You guessed it, ANTS. They were all over the place. This hotel is absolutely filthy but if that’s not enough to deter you, we noticed several folks sleeping in their cars over night. Obviously you can’t judge a book by its cover, but one could tell these were some pretty sketchy folks that weren’t supposed to be there. The front desk tried to run them off but they were back within a few hours.
