The airport and airport staff were very helpful. The hotel was excellent in location, cleanliness, and comfort. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my cargo was stored in a freezer to ensure it did not go bad!!!

I got what I paid...
Positives:
Great location directly in the airport. The hotel door is located just past the Delta counter on the first floor. Perfect for late night flight arrivals or early morning departures. You can’t beat the convenience. Also…Many different channels .
Negatives:
The property is Spartan at best. Pillows were small and too firm. Room was clean and in perfect order, but it didn’t smell clean. Towels were smallish and rough.

We came to Sioux Falls on our way to our son's college graduation in Mitchell, SD (about an hour away). We arrived late and the hotel front desk clerk when we checked in was friendly and gracious. I asked for an additional pillow and he brought one. The grab and go breakfast was fine. I liked that the hotel was practically attached to the airport. The room was clean and the WiFi worked well.
Negatives:
I wish I would have known ahead of time just HOW close to the airport the hotel is and that they don't have parking included. We had to pay $12.00 to park the rental car in long-term parking the first night. I would have waited to pick up our rental car and brought it back a day early. That's really the only "negative"...live and learn.

Room was super tiny with sticky floors and shower could stand a good cleaning. Hotel doesn't have dedicated parking so you have to park in the airport long term lots.
