Unexpected surprise with the cleanliness, (front desk and breakfast maker) was a wonderful representative of the hotel. Charming and helpful. The bathroom was in great shape, my judgement on all hotel quality.

Clerk at front desk was rude,upon arrival she was sitting outside smoking had to wait for her to finish so we could check in,room was only cleaned one time and I asked for it to he cleaned and fresh towels had to go get them myself from front desk.

Just too much to put here. Did not clean rooms unless asked. Did not have toilet paper or new towels even after room was actually cleaned. Sometimes actually never did get room cleaned.
