Front desk staff made me feel stupid when checking in, kept giving me a look when I hesitated for a couple seconds to follow the prompts when entering mt credit card. Hotel floor was filthy. Walls were paper thin, could hear guests in next room over

See above. Could hear guests in room next to us asking each other where the toilet paper was in the bathroom. Hallways and outside the hotel had a strange smell of some type of chemical. Trash thrown ans left in the hallways and outside.

I put in the wrong date for my reservation and I called them to get the refund or switch the day to the next day as Ive been staying there for two weeks. At that point they would not credit me my night stay or switch it to the very next day,

This hotel is run down with stains on the carpeting and hallways. Mattress was lumpy and and old.The rooms are not very well lit even with all of the lights on. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning and scrubbing. There was a lot of dust.

Booked this hotel last minute . Well worth it. Staff was very friendly. She took care of the breakfast bar . She kept it fresh and full of delicious items . Best breakfast Ive ever had at a hotel . Room was spacious and comfortable
Negatives:
Carpet in the hallways could use some steam cleaning .
