Positives: I like the young woman in the breakfast area I believe she was a housekeeper didn't get her name but she was a older woman very friendly to my family she made us feel welcome

Negatives: With all do respect we was told the pool area has been out of order for a year when we tried to go swimming also our room had ants and it had this moisture feel it was very uncomfortable for us especially by it being a getaway. I do understand that weather changes and creatures come out but for us to visit a hotel we should feel comfortable and safety on the other hand we stayed humble didn't even ask for a refund nor did we get another room because we was told they didn't have any available but looking out for others safety I encourage this hotel to look into the ant infestation for others well-being..
