The breakfast was satisfactory.
Negatives:
When we checked in, we had reserved two (2) king rooms; however, they only had one king and they had to substitute a double for the other which was disappointing. Also, they told us breakfast was not included. I showed my confirmation to the desk clerk who informed me she did not have a record of that and it was between me and Booking.com. That led me to phone your customer service department and the matter was quickly rectified.

Location and decor.
Negatives:
1. We did not receive any maid service after our first night.
2. The toilet roll holder was broken.
3. The trash cans had trash bags laid over the edge of the trash cans but not placed in the can. We had to put the bags in the cans ourselves.
4. There was only lukewarm water in the shower at 7:30 on Saturday.
5. The room had an odor, which was probably from the carpet.

The rooms were not throughly clean. I asked for room service for my 4 night stay and it was cleaned only once. Upon, check in my room was dirty. The lights are dim.
