The room was disgusting.. couldn’t use the shower due to so much mold.. foot sized hole in the bathroom door.. the pillow was a couch throw pillow.. the “couch” looked like it was garbage picked and we refused to even get near it., be prepared that you might need to park your car around the corner from your room due to poor parking lot design..I have stayed in older dated motels in the past but this one should be condemned. It gives Baymont a horrible name and I don’t think I can trust to stay at a Baymont Inn in the future.

Bed was very comfortable. And air-conditioning was even and consistent.

We reserved the king handicap room for the larger shower, but the bathroom itself needs a lot of work. Something is wrong with the outlet in there as any time we plugged anything in, it blew. I couldn't use it for anything other than the coffee maker - which was setup IN the bathroom. The shower floor was the other issue. There was no ledge between the shower and room itself, which would be fine if the slope was towards the drain.. It slopped towards the room, which then pooled instead of drained making the whole room a slippery mess. Also looked like mold forming around the edge of the room for this very reason. Breakfast was also very limited, would have been nice to see some kind of fruit and maybe ketchup for the egg sandwiches.

Room was in a very noisy area and the smoking area was outside our room. The air conditioner had a funky smell when we had to turn it on.

Marie and staff were awesome! I was traveling with my wife, brother and sister in law. My brother in law took ill the first night we were there and we had to cut our travel short. Marie, was very understanding with the situation, and helped us modify our reservations at no cost. The hotel was clean and the price was amazing. I recommend to everyone to stay at this location when visiting the Nashville area!
