The guy working the front desk racist and very rude to me and my wife he cancelled our reservation after we checked into a bad room with tub backed up and sheets dirty and when asked why he is doing this just ignored and said your cancelled you can leave but my wife has stayed there plenty of nights and has gotten rooms switched plenty if not cleaned properly....

The bed was comfortable and didnt see or feel bugs.
Negatives:
Towels were stained. Sheets looked like they were stepped on and had cigarette holes. The room smelled like smoke. The shower dripped and the tub had cigarette stains on it as well as the toilet. People were hanging out late into the night and early in the morning. We were traveling across country and just needed a place to shower and sleep.

Our room was terrible. Bathtub was dirty. Mirror had big spots where silver was missing. Furniture was missing. Walls were damaged and not repaired. Flooring was some thin vinyl over a rough finish. The bed covers were very thin. Loud music at 3:00 AM
