Washcloths and towels were all stained, The side chair to set in needed vacuuming out in the setting area real bad! The lights kept deeming as if they where going to cut off, and the TV remote did not work..

Location was good hotel was terrible. There was always an issue. Nothing was clean no room service other than dirty towels in a bag that had put out cigarettes in the bag with them. Room was gross and dirty! Was the worst place I have ever paid to stay!

The lady that works there yelled at my husband to get out when we payed to stay longer in advance. Burn holes in everything! The room smelled horrible and the lights constantly flickered, the smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. Total waste of money

The guy who checked us in had no personality. I felt like we were bothering him when we checked in. The room smelled funny, the carpet didnt totally meet the tile so there was a gap of nothing. We also had a lamp that would go off and on all night.

The lobby was spotless and welcoming. The grounds were near & clean. The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful, even at midnight! The shower was clean & water pressure & temp great.
Negatives:
The furniture was in bad repair, the bed covers had cigarette burns all over, the lights didnt work, or would go off and on. The coffee pot was unclean (even old coffee in it) I cleaned it and it didnt work.

First room had dirty dishes in it and no bath towels. Cigarette butts and ashes in the nonsmoking room too. Clerk did give us a different room.
