Great location. I originally booked one night however, chose to extend my stay at the same location. I appreciated the willingness of the staff to prioritize my comfort and convenience when guaranteeing that I could stay in the same room and also extend my check-out time by one hour on the day of my departure due to an important early morning zoom call for work. The Reception staff were polite and professional and the housekeeping staff are very diligent. I will definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Knoxville.

Positives:
The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker by the cup(?may not be what it is called). It was worth the value for our stay. The breakfast had very good eggs and fixing's. It was a clean place for it being what appeared to be an older establishment. I would say everything for me and my cousin was great!
Negatives:
More diabetic conscious items for breakfast may be nice. By this I mean have more less sugar and Carb items. But look the staff made up for any and all little picky complaints someone could have here. Overall the experience was exceptional. Really a great stay for us.

The water pressure in the shower was pretty pathetic. I think the establishment could do itself a big favor to eliminate carpet and replace it with LVP or sheet vinyl.
