Easy access coming in on Friday evening and going to my meeting on Saturday am.
Negatives:
When I booked this room I requested a first floor room unless they had an elevator. I ended up with a second floor room but there was an elevator. No bellman when I arrived at 6pm. Also, I requested a walk in shower not a tub as I use a cane, I had a tub and not a walk in shower,. When I questioned the front desk staff when I was leaving I was told they never received my requests and that I should call the hotel directly next time. It can't be that difficult to pass on the information.
