The stay was ok, quiet and room was clean.
Negatives:
Didnt have a waffle maker, which most hotels do these days. My kids look forward to that when we stay at a hotel, they were disappointed. Unless that were to change we probably wouldnt stay again as my son has severe autism and thats the only thing he will eat.

My daughter and I were looking to stay an additional day in Gatlinburg so we choose this facility because of the pool and the breakfast so we could just get up eat and go home that following day everything else was just a bonus
