Positives: Fresh milk for the cereals, toaster for bread and mini bagels, excellent baker for mini waffles. Jams, chilled sour cream, milk and butter, made everything tastier. Shower in room was terrific, TV, fridge, and coffee maker worked great. Bed was clean and comfy. Staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to provide additional coffee, towels, and paper goods. The hotel was easy to find, parking was a breeze, management went overboard to accommodate our needs.

Negatives: Needs a comfortable guest chair in the room. The desk chair was fine, but the little dining chair was insufficient for reading or TV.
