I selected it because it looked new and clean and it was.

BUT BIG SECURITY ISSUE DEAD BOLT DIDN'T WORK and were told that was on purpose so we didn't lock ourself...WHAT!!!! Plus the back door entrance lock was all busted and anyone could come in at ANYTIME! NO HOUSE KEEPING during a 4 day stay, so NO new towels

Nasty ,dirty, everything is from the 90's it needs remodeling everywhere inside out specially on the inside. Lobby smelled to cigarette and mariguana. Worst hotel ever.

The hotel was absolutely filthy inside and out. The staff was not available to provide towels on Thanksgiving day.

There was no breakfast, the whole building reeked of marijuana. The smell caused both my husband and I to have bad headache. We did complain to the staff. They attempted to find the source but was unsuccessful. My daughter was in room 216 and there was a Marijuana blunt left on the arm of the couch.

Body wash dispenser was empty. Much worse was the wait time to check in. I pulled in a little after 1 a.m. & there was no one working the front desk who had been trained to check people in. The security guard was doing his best! I waited 45 min.

We were delayed a day in arriving . When we arrived, we weren't able to have the room that we were originally promised. In addition, the room that we were placed in was not ready for guests. There was a pervasive smell of smoke throughout the room. The vents were dirty, as well as the areas around them. There was damages in the room, only 1 remote control for two televisions. Our clothes will probably have to be thrown out due smoke, untidiness of the room. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast provided, as a way of encouraging a positive, welcoming feeling to guests.

Yes they gave my room away when I pre paid for it I told the idiots at front desk they are incompetent before that they said pre paying does not guarantee my room will be available when I get there room was available when I made reservations
