The clerk that checked us in was by far the best experience. My son had open heart surgery at TriStar Centennial Medical Center and this amazing lady prayed with me and for my son. She is a jewel and made my 3 days there better. Big props to her.

So dirty, carpet old, the bathtub horrible, the floor so dirty, breakfast only bagel and muffins, in the second day they didnt have cream cheese, napkins terrible

The breakfast was nothing at all. Compared to other hotels, this one needs to revamp the menu. Furniture in room was not the best. No coffee maker. Has no tissues that we found, bathroom amenities was slim.

When I arrived there were cars circling through the parking lot, and multiple signs posted about the hotel not accepting responsibility for theft. It felt extremely unsafe and not like a 3.5 star hotel. there was no hot food for breakfast either

Staff was friendly room was decent for what we needed cleaning crew kept room clean fresh towels and linnen breakfast was small but good enjoyed the pancakes

Door seal leaked cold air could see through the seal normal for older building nothing had to complain about just turned the heater up and took care of the cold air

Horrible place to stay. Homeless man in the parking lot of Baymont. That was the first clue of how bad this place would be. No heat working in the room, so we were cold and woke to a cold room. The manager needs to hire a maintenance person to fix stuff.

Felt very unsafe there. Lock at the top of the door did not work. Outside shouting in parking lot constant, all night long. Key to get inside room, it took about 5 trys for it to work. They had no bottled water for sale in the lobby.
