The room was clean and check-in was quick. Location was great because it was very close to restaurants and the BMX track.

We're a party of three and there are never three sets of towels in the room. We always have to ask to get more. Not that big of a deal but we always arrive late so it's annoying.

Nothing. I would’ve rather slept in my car. There was no breakfast. There was no front desk employee after 10pm.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the room AC didn’t work. There was a leak underneath the fridge of water. The room smelled like mold. There was bugs on the floors by the fridge & bathroom. I went to take a shower and the water went ice cold after 3 minutes. There was no remote for the tv. In order for me to new towels I had to bring the old ones. I got locked out of my room because the magnetic strip stopped working. There’s nobody in the office after 10pm. I had to wait outside of my room for 30 minutes before I got ahold of somebody on the phone from corporate to let me in my room. I was told to walk across the street to smoke a cigarette around checkout time the next day. I will never return to this hotel.

Positives:
If I had to say something good about the property, I would say the location. It’s on Elm Hill Pike and we picked it because it was very convenient to where the funeral home was. There are three gas stations located within a half a mile. But there are also other hotels that are very much nicer than this one. Do not stay here.
Negatives:
The office closes at 10pm. The property was disgusting! There is people coming to and from the property at various times throughout the night and its obvious that they are buying drugs and there was drug use happening. There were bugs in our room, the water in the shower was cold. The sink had ants coming up and out of the drain. It’s not a nice place to stay. And it’s definitely not worth the price. This place should be more priced at around $50 a night max! There was a female working the first night that was nice, however Tamra (the boss apparently) was very rude. We explained to her that the water was cold that was coming out of the shower, and that there were bugs in the room and she acted like I was crazy for even saying anything about either situation. We were in town for a funeral, and didn’t get there until about midnight, the office was closed. We had to stand outside and call and get connected and waited about 45 minutes for someone to come out of a room that was at the hotel and come down to the office and give us keys and they acted like they were inconvenienced for us to check in because we interrupted their night (even though I called hours ahead of time to let them know we hit traffic in Atlanta). Do not stay here! You will be very dissatisfied! I have photos, I could only share four you could see the bugs, blood that was left on the sink from the previous person, and the outlets looked like they had been caught on fire and they did not work and only two lights worked the place that we stayed… our room was 125! Stay at your own risk! Very unprofessional staff, and not clean!!!

The suite we had was okay frigidaire was rusty and so was the two burner stove in the room I did not feel safe to cook on it the rolling trash bin was left in the walkway entire time was never emptied you could hear everything rhe people in the next room were saying. I will never stay here again.
