It was a big room. Breakfast was good. Location was okay. It was a clean hotel.
Negatives:
Check in staff was not great, they seemed rude. Not very welcoming. Cleaning staff came once and I said no thank you because we were still in there and they never came back to clean or give us more towels. I didn’t like that the hotel charged for parking.

The location is close to everything in the city. Overall the facility was nicely decorated and had tons of comfy spots to lounge inside and out.
Negatives:
A few (not all) of the day time, front desk staff were not warm and welcoming at all. They never smiled, like not even once. They weren’t flat out mean but it was almost like “I don’t want to be here but I am here.” I asked one lady a question and she didn’t even look up from what she was doing she just gave me the price and a very rude tone and kept on working:
