This hotel was beautiful and the breakfast is amazing! ALL of the staff was so nice and the location is perfect to go to Nissan Stadium or Downtown Nashville! We walked over the pedestrian bridge mainly, but also rode the lime scooters that are every where! They even stored our bags as check out was before our flight to leave!

Positives:
This property was close to the Titans stadium (like in the parking lot) but it was a great location to get a quick Uber to Broadway or East Nashville. The staff was awesome! Loved the layout of the hotel and having a restaurant and bar in the lobby made it easy to keep my family and I fed and entertained.
Negatives:
Road traffic. You couldn’t hear it from the room, but that’s what you get when you stay at a hotel next to the interstate. I would still stay here again.

Booked with Bookings for my stay in Nashville. I then realized I had booked for arrival March 27 (the default day) not the day following. Immediately notified Bookings for a change of arrival date. Thought this would be an easy fix as I contacted them within 5 minutes of the error. NOT A CHANCE. All my 5 messages were ignored and the contact number was for the Hotel. They rightly explained that I needed to contact Bookings to fix. There is no phone contact number for Bookings.com As I was 1,000 kms away I could not get there. I'll never use Bookings again. Here's a tip. Use Bookings to get the hotel rate. Then call the Hotel directly. They will give you the same rate a and a better room. And you can actually speak to someone.. NOT A BOT in Amsterdam.
