This room had a terrible smell; hand prints in all the walls; dirty comforter with visible stains, hair in the sheets and crawling roaches. Luckily we had an emergency at home and did not stay in that room.
I called and told the front desk that we would knit be staying and I was charged any way.

The pictures on websites are not what the rooms appear to look like, bottom of toilet was cracked and looked like it was super glued, the bed was broke made a god awful noise every time ya sat down and got up! Pop left in fridge from the guest before, room wasn’t clean. Very disappointed and disgusted!! Won’t ever stay there again!!

I liked that it seemed to be clean. It was close to the venue I needed to be at for the week.
Negatives:
The pictures were misleading. The grounds and room looked much nicer in them. Everything was very worn and not very well kept up. The pool was not open, there was no complimentary breakfast (but to be fair, it did say they did not offer it at that location even though the other location did). The RR was in a questionable area and, the trashy motel that was directly in front of the RR nasty looking to which I witnessed a drug deal.

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest & the door was flaking, the middle bedside lamp didn’t work which should have been the main lighting - room service knocked on the door well before 9am & my husband was in the shower - they never came back

The pictures online were very different from the hotel. The hotel rooms were very dirty, sheets were stained, stuff splattered on the walls, weird crud in the freezer. Had to go buy our own sheets because I was not sleeping on those.
