I paid through this app but when we arrived we had to pay again. Money was already taken out of my account and they said that I would have to contact Booking.com for a refund on my previous payment. The room was disgusting. Stains everywhere even on the lamp shades. Cigarette burns on the night stands and bed headboard. The air conditioning was not working properly

It was dirty and smelled. The lock to our door was broken and the room smelled like cigarettes. There was a dirty towels in elevator.

There was full renovations taking place. Overwhelming strong primer and paint smell that surfaced all floors. There were paint scraping all over the carpet. Bug spraying everywhere.

The property had trash around the outside and in the hallways the hallways smelled horrible the room was fairly clean but the bathroom floor was sinking in we only stayed 1 of the 2 nights and went home Saturday night
