Positives: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Management is completely unprofessional and the front desk staff is clueless. Ive stayed at this location three times, hoping that as a decade long Marriott Bonvoy Member that it would work. This location damages the Marriott brand!! This last trip was my final stay at this location. I would recommend that you make your choice with the many other hotel locations in the area not here. You will be completely disappointment. I am a business owner, and I would not employ any of the individuals working at this location.

Negatives: The location is convenient, but I will choose to stay at another nearby hotel. The location manager lacks courtesy and professionalism as a solo business travel. I was truly disappointed on the lack of Customer Service. Also, the rooms are dirty!! I suspect bedbugs

Negatives: Untidy rooms and unprofessional staff. No one able to answer any questions and the manager Courtney lacks the savvy professionalism that it would take to be in the hospitality organization. Where did they find her? I cant believe that the Mariott would employ such a horrible manager.

Positives: VERY clean, large rooms, plush bedding, big TV, mini frig, microwave, coffeemaker (pods/condiments provided). Great A/C & light-filtering and blackout shade options on windows - we will be back! Prime location for AT&T Stadium & Globe Life Field.

Negatives: We never figured out the TV and the halls were warm (although in the hotel's defense, the bi-level tall ceilings and extreme hot temps outside caused that).
