Good news! Before Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, May 12th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 12, you will still be charged for the full amount.
