Negatives: I was traveling with my old mother. We checked out at 9.30 AM. As we were about to depart, my car battery was dead. I called AAA. I asked the front staff to let me stay in the room for a couple of hours till AAA arrived and changed my battery (mind it, it was still 9.30 AM). She said, I already checked you out, and the cleaning staff will start cleaning the room. I pleaded for my old mother, and finally, she gave me the key on the pretext that the cleaning staff would be inside.

Negatives: Didn’t feel clean. Was not worth at all what we paid. I had red hairs in my towel that I noticed rubbed off on my body as I was doing off. My hair is black. There were Bobby pins by the front door when we first got into the room. The tub looked as if it had never been cleaned before.
