My booking was to arrive between 8-9 am, the front desk made me sit at the lobby till 12:00 noon. Finally gave me a room by the laundry that smells and moldy. I came immediately out and told her the problem. Without apologies or offering another room. She said “I don’t have another room to give you “ I handed back the room keys and I left to go find another hotel.

The other room the shower was plug up and they told me that they didn't know when maintenance was going to come in and didn't offer another room to shower or anything and had to check out at 11

The room was smelling very bad, not a comfortable stay because of that. We forwarded this to reception who would make a report. Let's hope for the next one but for our stay it was not ok.
Also the breakfast wasn't to standard. 2 days the orange machine broken, the 2nd day also the wafflemaker broken and no stock of yoghurt so basically we just had a coffee....
