Positives:
Staff, breakfast, and cleanliness was all outstanding. It's a wonderful place to stay while in Baytown and we have stayed a few times. Rooms are clean, beds are super comfortable, showers are great. The pool is fun and the green space to play is a lovely addition. Each time we are welcomed and made to feel at home while away from home. We will always stay here when traveling in the area.
Negatives:
While our stay was practically perfect, we did have a few hiccups. We paid additional for the full breakfast, only to meet pushback and additional payment was expected. This was cleared up and our initial payment was located. Wifi is not free, at least not for high speed.

I did not like that the toilet did not work. Something was wrong with it and it would not flush. I also dont like how when I checked in i was told that there would be breakfast downstairs in the morning. I got myself and my kids ready to come down and eat I was told it was not complimentary. Since when does one have to pay an additional fee for breakfast? This should have been included in the stay or explained upon checking in. It was upsetting because we were all ready to eat and under the impression that it was included since this normally is.
