Positives: The location was ok. The beds was very hard. Found a shoe up between curtain rod and the wall. Sink leaked. The shower handle wasn't on the to turn shower on. Wasn't the best experience but wasn't the worst either.

Negatives: Maids could clean better, and they need better beds.

Negatives: There was no breakfast, you had to have coffee in the lobby, the refrigerator leaked, the tv didn't work properly( called and asked for someone to look at it they never showed up), and there were roaches in the room.

Positives: Motel reservation was not available. Elderly man at the desk said there was no reservation then he turned away and walked out the back door. We had to go to another motel and rent a room.Very poor management and Staff. Will never stay there for sure..Owner should fire that whole shift!!!!Very dissatisfied in Houston
