Rooms were not very clean with dirty towels on the floor pillow looked liked someone just slept in it the floor wasnt swept dirty microwave dirty fridge and dirty dishes

During our stay it rained and the TV went out due to the satellite. Also on the last day, custodial came to our room over 2 hours before checkout to ask when we were leaving.

The mattress was horrible. The wife and I had to constantly fight rolling to the middle of the bed.

The rooms were big. I could not hear any noise from the hallway. It was in a great location to restaurants and attractions in the area.

We were on the third floor and if there was one we did not see an ice machine. The only one we saw was on the first floor.

The service and the breakfast set-up was very good.

The appearance was very old and needs updated. The carpet was very old and needs to be replaced. The tub also has to be replaced due to broken grab bar and made it unsafe and the refrigerator was not working the freezer was working very well.

Positives:
It was close enough to home when my AC broke in triple digit temperatures.
Negatives:
There was a weird smell in the hallway, elevator, and room. Initially, it was tolerable, but then we found the bugs in the room and bathroom. In an emergent situation, I was unhappy that the pet deposit was not revealed at the time of booking.
