hotel was being renovated. lots of construction. whole 1st floor was trashed. parking lot was 1/2 blocked with construction equipment and supplies.

Room was clean for the most part. Linen, bathroom all good. Room was big enough for my family. Beds were very comfortable.

The room smelled of old carpet or old something, stains in the carpet. Had to use a LOT of Febreze.
