Negatives: We had some cockroaches in the bed and one running under the sofa in room 310

Negatives: No insulation between rooms. You could hear the people in the next room. They were having a regular conversation with the TV on. Floor above, you could here the suitcase rolling and steps from the people in that room.

Negatives: Parking lot , not enough lights, too dark

Negatives: The cost was a little high, but was consistent with other hotels in the area.

Negatives: Easy on and off from interstate

Negatives: My room wasnt ready at the check in time. We had to wait 30 minutes while they clean the room. Were 3 people they only leave 2 bath towels. They didnt leave extra sheets for the sofa bed I called them and they told me to go get it at the front desk. In the afternoon we lost the energy power. The person in the front desk couldnt give us a response, she didnt know anything and didnt know how to solve the problem. She was in-polite and told my friend that if we like we could go to another hotel. They didnt offer any polishing or any discount or anything. We paid more than $200 and not a good service. The personal need to be trained in customer service and more personal to have the rooms ready and with good service at least the clients could receive what we need or what we expect.

Negatives: The drain in the shower/tub was not working properly and the water drained very slowly. Several men were loitering in the lobby when I checked in and after I came back from dinner who made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
