Positives: The location was convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. For our travel, it was close to family that we were visiting.

Negatives: This location was dirtier to me than other Hamptons that we have stayed. Even family that met us there commented on the appearance of the place. Not the worst place, but it needs some improvements.

Positives: Food was microwaved and a poor selection of choices for the price you pay. They were out of juices and we had to ask them to make more coffee every time.

Negatives: We were asked if we wanted housekeeping, which we did and they never came to the room. My husband had to ask for extra towels and for trash bags.
