-The staff was very kind,
-We were very conveniently in the first floor
-Conveniently located for us
-Never a problem to find a parking space closed to the hotel entrance
Negatives:
- bad impression when the key would not work to open the room's door. We had to change it several times
- the first thing we saw was the rest room door damaged and on the inside the hook on the door was loose, twisted, we could not use it
- the rug felt sticky, not very clean

I liked how much room the king room offered. Front desk girl was so sweet and helpful. very comfortable bed.

I think the experience would have been perfect if they updated a few things about the room (like replacing the grout etc).
