The hotel was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was nice.

I've been trying to get a hold of the manager for a charge to my card. Apparently, someone was smoking in that room. There's no way someone was smoking there because my kids were in that room. I've been calling for the past four days, and I just can't get a hold of her.

The waffles and muffins were good. The staff was helpful and friendly and helpful. They did what they could to make the stay pleasant.
Negatives:
Other than the waffles, the hot items for breakfast was not good. There was a power outage that was beyond the control of the hotel. The facility was showing its age, things were worn, and while not broken, clearly in need of updates and upgrades.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! I wish I had caught the name of the woman at the front desk in the evening when we checked in, she was extremely helpful and courteous!

There were a couple of bugs crawling - one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom.
