The whole place is completely dirty.
The whole hotel room is disgusting including beds, bathroom, and kitchen.
Even a couch bed that had black stuff all over.
Our beds had sand all over and black fuzzys everywhere. We had to even ask for them to vacuum the couch bed
As we started to cook 2 Roachs popped out, made us not want to eat the food we bought to cook. We had to do without dinner!
We asked for items to cook with and they all had rust on them and were super nasty looking.
And to make it better, the shower curtain has mold.

Good location to where we needed to be, we were able to get moved to a different room with 2 beds after our sleeper sofa in our original room was broken

We were near the stairwell so very load at times from people walking up and down the stairs

The door was broken, the key card worked every 5th try, the elevator was broken so we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs, the dressed drawers were broken, the window film was cut, and there were only three pillows.

The internet was extremely inadequate. The floor was very noisy. and even when I complained nothing was done, about it.
