The room smelled like mildew. Ceiling paint peeling off. The carpet looked very dirty. I should know because I worked as a Maintenance Engineer for another brand. I was very disappointed with this property. What made it worst I was charged for parking.
The staff were very kind to remove the charges after I mentioned how disappointed I was with the concept of paying for such.

I am a Maintenance Engineer. This is the first time I ever faced Hampton Inn that with such poor quality control. The room smelled like mildew. Paint was peeling off the ceiling around a lamp. And the rug looked like it hasn't been shampoo in over a year.
