The value was the best thing besides the kind staff members. I appreciated, at check in, the staff moving us to a different room away from elevators.
Negatives:
Desperately in need of renovation, bathroom toilet cracked, bathtub floor peeling, curtains broken, TV channels were horrible, no info on how to operate the TV. There wasn't any body lotion available, only shampoo. The morning coffee was so strong it looked like sludge coming out of carafe. Breakfast powdered eggs were not good. We were on the first floor and it was extremely loud very hard to get rest. I know you can't help kids yelling and screaming, but the doors are very loud too.
