The hotel was amazing however ,downtown Dallas is unfortunately plaqued with a huge homeless population, and it's uncomfortable and not very clean in the area

The homeless people in the area and the uncleaniness of the outside of the hotel due to all the homeless people and trash.

No Air conditioner had fans. Roo. Still hot and humid. Staff called me 1 hour earlier before check in asked if I wanted to cancel. I said no. Where am I supposed to find lodging during an Eclipse when all hotels are booked?. I said I'd take the room.
