Positives: Good location. Clean hotel.
Negatives: No water pressure. Next to the freeway so it can get loud. The power went out once during my stay due to rain. Fire alarm came on twice out of no where while we were sleeping and elevator stopped working due to that.

Positives: Didn’t get to use breakfast. Was here for too short a period. Was a security car in front of hotel in the morning. Made it feel secure.
Negatives: If we could have had earlier checkin.

Positives: The property was in a great location - close to the highway (which is good and bad), breakfast was decent, the hotel looked nice and smells clean, the front desk clerk Celeste was amazing. She was very professional and tried to help with all of the issues that arose and made sure to follow up every time she said she would.
Negatives: This one is hard for me because I’m so torn on the hotel. A part of me says I’d stay again but another part of me says absolutely not. The hotel is nice when you walk in and they seem to be cleaning all the time and don’t get me wrong the rooms were clean and looked to be kept up besides the normal wear and tear. One of the issues for me was the facility couldn’t accommodate us or help us like they said they could because we booked through Booking.com. I advised them if they can’t ensure the satisfaction of the customers then they need to reconsider having their location on third party sites because we’re staying with them. Ricky one of the front desk managers was reluctant to help in the beginning due to us booking through a third party but came around and helped us upon arrival. Later that night my husband and I went to lay down, my husband was moving what he thought was a piece of lint which turned out to be a baby roach that started crawling. Not sure what the deal is with the hotels in Texas and roaches for us but it makes us leery to return. We were there for our son’s graduation. Anyway I took it down to the front desk and they offered to move us. My mother who is on oxygen was already knocked out, it had been a long day so we said we would discuss this with them in the morning. We went down to the front desk, Celeste was there, we explained the situation and tried to get it rectified. Somehow the clerk that offered to move us wrote that it was bed bugs and the maintenance people were coming to bomb the room. I explained to Celeste that it was a baby roach, if they could come and change the bedding and reimburse anything we would be ok. Celeste called and said that the manager said that they could give us some points but couldn’t refund anything because again we booked through a third party. I ask Celeste to let me speak to the manager.

Positives: Room was clean and staff were friendly. Someone checked on us throughout our stay. There’s free WiFi, free parking, and free great breakfast. The traffic noise didn’t bother me and the location was okay. I would stay again.
Negatives: The pool was vintage and a bit dirty. We cleaned it out ourselves and it was good.
